Toning for Two
- To help prepare participants for labor and delivery. Taught by physical therapist trained in prenatal and postpartum exercise, the program teaches toning and stretching to enhance strength & flexibility. Exercises taught to ease back pain and leg cramps & to tone muscles & restore body to pre-pregnancy state. Physician's approval needed for class. Mondays & Wednesdays 11am - noon.
