Toning for Two
- To help prepare participants for labor and delivery. Taught by physical therapist trained in prenatal and postpartum exercise, the program teaches toning and stretching to enhance strength & flexibility. Exercises taught to ease back pain and leg cramps & to tone muscles & restore body to pre-pregnancy state. Physician's approval needed for class. Mondays & Wednesdays 11am - noon. Take a Red Cross First Aid or CPR course. Group training available for companies, organizations, or any interested group. Register by mail or in person.
